The artistic technique of Williams brush stroke has indeed captured the feeling of each character – and his work is a master’s representation as any fan and critic may attest. No wonder that John Ford selected this artist to execute the paintings of the Cowboy Kings. Ford’s choice featured an experienced painter, sculptor and well versed action illustrator who has done the poster artwork for many of the great Western movies.
